Hello again from the Blueberry farm. There’s been a slight change with the Blueberries. They are starting to turn pink. However, it seems as if they are ripening slower. I think these cold spells have slowed down the ripening process. It got down to 35 degrees, Saturday night! I still think we won’t be opening until the end of May.
I’ll post my next update, the first of next week.
In the meantime, here’s a pic of our Berries as they go from green to pink… to BLUE! We’re getting there!
